The hotel is close to Union Station. It is a short walk to the convention center. I found many restaurants and attractions nearby. The lobby and hallways had beautiful christmas decor.

The shower in my room was not clean , it had hair from a previous guest. When I ordered food, they messed my order up and sent half of it. The other half arrived an hour later. I made a complaint to have it removed from my bill.

The LOCATION provided easy access to many restaurants and the go station, meeting my needs effectively.

The room service menu was MUCH more limited than i expected from a hotel of this stature. I relied on ubereats after 3am because of this inadequacy. Getting a late checkout cost an extra $120 per room. This charge seemed quite excessive.

I found the hotel accessible and the location excellent, connected to the path and right across from union station. the christmas decorations gave a special touch. the bar offered tasty cocktails. It was a great way to end the day. the bed was very comfortable, i slept very well.

the room was quite small and the furniture was rather bulky, impacting the space i had. the window felt small for the room size. it limited the natural light.
